Return Conditions

  1. A. Item(s) are sent back within the stated return
  2. B. Item(s)returned must be UNWORN and in the original packaging.
  3. C. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund, please navigate to the "My Orders" section in the user center. Click on the specific order you wish to return and refund, then proceed to submit your application. The status of your application will be displayed in the "Return/Refund" section under "My Orders." If the order has not been shipped, the review process may take up to 1 hour. For shipped orders, the review process may extend to 1-2 days. You will be notified of the review result via email.

Refund Time

Once in receipt of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be deposited back to the original payment method. For a quick refund, please share the return tracking details in the "Return/Refund" section under "My Orders" in your account.


We cannot guarantee sufficient inventory when attempting to process an exchange. Therefore, if you wish to exchange an item, a return request will need to be submitted. A new order for the desired item may then be placed.  


All Bruno Marc registered users are covered under 90-day warranty protection against manufacturing and material defects. Customers who have purchased our shoes via Amazon and other retail stores can Sign Up to become our registered users to enjoy the 90-day warranty policy and additional registered user benefits.

When initiating a warranty claim, your registered account, order information, and a detailed description of the damages will need to be provided along with supporting photos. Upon reviewing the claim, replacements parts will be supplied or a refund will be issued to compensate for any defects. Customers are responsible for return shipping in all cases except for defects reported within 30 days.
Our warranty covers defects in workmanship, materials, or flaws but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure, or extensive wear.
